Corporate Membership

1.      Library membership is extended to the Academicians/Researchers and general public.

2.      This membership is meant only for reference in the library premises during the library working hours. Books are not lent out under any circumstances.

3.      Working hours  - Monday to Saturday:  9: 00 A. M to 7:00 P.M

4.      Reference facilities are given to Researchers/ Academicians/ persons from Industry on production of library membership card issued by the director of AIMIT.

5.      Membership Fees:

  i). Annual Membership Rs.500/-

ii). Temporary Membership Rs.50/-

6.      Temporary members are not allowed to access the online databases, however limited access will be allowed on payment of additional fees as decided by the library committee.

7.      The holder of the temporary membership card will be allowed to refer journals/magazines and books only 2 consecutive days from the date of issue of temporary membership cards.

8.      Limited photocopying facilities may be allowed with permission of the Librarian.

9.      Annual member would be allowed to use the database during the membership period.

10.  Photocopy and printout charges will be extra.
